I'm always on the look out for easy recipes. Since I'm not much of a
chef cook anything that makes me seem like (a good) one is always a winner in my book. I found this recipe while I was stumbling around online and it was lust at first sight (potato lover here). I modified the recipe slightly by adding jalapeño. It added just the right amount of "kick" to the baked potato. It was incredibly easy to make and beyond delicious.
|Prep the vegetable ahead of time so you chill while the potatoes are baking|
